I’m Arnold. I write about building software, using AI in real work, and the overlap between technology, ministry, and small teams.

Right now most of my building energy is going into YouPastor, an AI workspace for pastors that I’m preparing to launch soon. A few other projects are paused while I focus on that.

If something I wrote was useful, I’d like to know. If you’re a pastor, builder, or operator thinking through similar questions, I’m happy to compare notes.

A few things I’m especially open to hearing about:

• Something in a post that was wrong, unclear, or worth expanding
• How pastors are actually using AI in sermon prep, church communication, or weekly ministry

• A collaboration that genuinely fits this season
