Just feel like spraying a message of love. :-)

Free Google Mail Invite

Posted: June 20th, 2004 | Author: | Filed under: Day today | View Comments

NOTE: The new “Free Gmail Invites” page is found here.

I’m going to give out my spare GMail invite. Here’s the deal: the first one to read this page and post a message with 1 or 2 sentences of your reactions to the article gets the invite. If after the first poster, you still want to read and post your reactions, please do. I may be getting more invites and will give it out on a first post, first out basis.

Take note that I’m not hard-selling my faith. I’m not selling a religion. I just would like you to read it, that’s all.

Happy Father’s Day!

To all the fathers: Sa araw na ito, walang laba, luto, plantsa o linis ng bahay. Ipaglaban nyo ang karapatan nyo! Day off tayo! Happy father’s day. :-) (To all the fathers: today, no washing and no ironing of clothes. No cleaning the house. Fight for your rights! It’s our day off! Happy father’s day.)

My new Google email account

Finally, I got my Gmail invite courtesy of Jennifer Barnes. God bless your heart, Jen.

GMail, I heard, is going to open it’s doors to public soon. But getting an invite this early is something else since you’ve got to choose a better account name. So, I guess, I’m going to start making this gmail account as my secondary email. So if you are sending me emails to

arnoldgamboadotcom [at] yahoo [dot] com, or
php4us [at] yahoo [dot] com,

you can now send me emails to

arnold.gamboa [at] gmail [dot] com instead.

Astig!

Incidentally, I received 2 more invites from Gabby Viscara and Jaden Man. I have opened an account for Joy. Her new email is

joyce.gamboa [at] gmail [dot] com

Thank you, guys. I still have 1 invite here. I’m giving this out. Will post later how you’ll get it.

Last note, I think Yahoo is playing a bad trick on GMail. I received these Gmail invites via my Yahoo accounts. And you know where I found them? In the bulk email folder where people normally do not check and simply delete right away. Be a sport, Yahoo!

Manila streets in action

I have posted a new gallery item. I took shots of Manila streets today while I was out of the office.

Man, my site’s becoming a photoblog! Pasensya na. First time kasi gumamit ng digital camera. :-) Medyo sabik pa. This won’t be long.
