#CJonTrial: My prediction (tags: politics)

I'm used to reading predictions before an Apple product — say, a new iPhone or iPad — comes out. And it's always fun.

So, after watching this impeachment trial for 5 months and now coming to end, here's my fearless forecast of how individual senators will vote tomorrow. I will update this post later to reflect the exact box store. :D

Sen. Edgardo Angara – CONVICT
Sen. Joker Arroyo- ACQUIT
Sen. Alan Peter – CONVICT
Sen. Pia Cayetano- CONVICT
Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago – ACQUIT
Sen. Franklin Drilon – CONVICT
Sen. Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada – CONVICT
Sen. Francis Escudero – CONVICT
Sen. Teofisto Guingona III – CONVICT
Sen. Gregorio Honasan II – CONVICT
Sen. Panfilo Lacson – CONVICT
Sen. Manuel Lapid – CONVICT
Sen. Loren Legarda – ACQUIT
Sen. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. – ACQUIT
Sen. Sergio Osmeña III – CONVINCT
Sen. Francis Pangilinan – CONVICT
Sen. Aquilino Pimentel III – CONVICT
Sen. Ralph Recto – CONVICT
Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr. – ACQUIT
Sen. Vicente Sotto III – CONVICT
Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV – CONVICT
Sen. Manuel Villar – ACQUIT
Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile – CONVICT

My prediction – 17/6.

Interesting to note, though, that this really could go either way. Sen. JPE could go either way. Which means, his other allies not tagged here to acquit may follow (assuming they already know how he will vote — he will send his vote last).

This is interesting. Let us see how this goes tomorrow.
