Thanks for your thoughts on the Carrie Prejean issue. I hope the tension caused by the article has been diffused. One of my best and closest friends is a lesbian and I have scores of gay friends. There are things in their lives that I don’t agree with but I love them anyway and hang out with them. I’m sure there are things in my life that they don’t agree with either. I am a Christian and very vocal about it, but like Ms Prejean I have some shady things in my past that I’m none too proud of. There are things now that I struggle with! But that doesn’t stop me from trying to walk the Christian path. The important thing is love. Love heals all wounds, cleans all dark spots and saves the day.
