Recently, I was feeling abdominal discomforts. Joy and I went to a clinic to check. There were tests conducted including an Ultrasound. The findings? I have what they call “acid reflux”. Nothing to worry, it’s just a medical term for “dighay”.
What’s happening is I tend to burp a lot, and not just ordinary burps, it has some acid in it. I can feel it, really. It was so uncomfortable I had to check it out. I found out that stress is the number one cause of this, then the kind of food that I eat.
Therefore, from now on, with my nurse wife guarding me like Dennis Rodmad does, goodbye softdrinks, spicy foods, dairy products, oily foods, tomato products and a whole bunch of other “unhealthy foods”. Magkaka-memory gap ako nito :D

I’m going back to the gym. No, it’s not my New Year’s resolution. But it’s a simple way for me to challenge myself to do something important in the midst of a busy schedule. I’m not known for effectively balancing my schedule. By inserting one and a half hour twice a week to my schedule, I can prove to myself that I am capable of prioritizing things that matters. Thanks to my brother-in-law who works in a call center, I have a 50% discount on membership in on popular gym in the Metropolis.

Team Sparrow, it looks like we’re moving to a bigger office this month. Yeah, it’s a good but challenging development. We’re in a middle of a huge and stressful project and moving is stressful on its own. But this is an essential move since we’ve outgrown 1603A already and there’s not enough room for growth. I’m going to need your support behind me on this. I’m negotiating with the building owners to find a bigger room for us.
