Fuel conservation, a Filipino invention

I’ve been reading a lot about this device that a Filipino invented, it’s called “Khaos Super Turbo Charger (KSTC)“. It’s been getting a lot of media coverage. I don’t know how effective this is — will this truly decrease your fuel consumption by 50% or will it only damage your engine in the long run? — but this needs to receive careful evaluation since his ‘invention’ is very relevant in times like these.

Anybody visiting my site has had this thing installed in their cars?

hi there, just to comment on this. i would think twice (thrice, many many times) about putting this device on my engine. introducing more air in the fuel-air mixture would make the engine run lean and would cause engine to heat up and increase friction on the piston rings and cylinder wall. So in the long run, your car wouldnt run long (sorry for that). Increased wear and tear will result especially as we are experiencing a very hot summer. On the other hand running your engine rich by introducing more fuel than air has that overall smooth operation as the excess fuel would cool down the engine and prevent excessive friction on the piston rings and cylinder wall. Anyway you dont have to buy this product as your engine carburetor already has the rich/lean adjustment. maybe on older cars (70’s model) it would have some effect, but on modern cars it would be unnoticeable. All you need is good driving habits and proper car maintenance.
